Third Line Support  Engineer (Junior) – Citrix

We are seeking a junior third line Citrix support engineer who is capable of delivering fanatical support to our clients. 

You will have done your time in 1st and 2nd line teams, ambitiously working your way up through the ranks, all the while hungrily up skilling, sitting your industry certifications, and wowing all before you with your customer service skills.

We need you to have some experience in troubleshooting Citrix XenApp environments and ideally you will have exposure to as many things Citrix as possible.  Unlike our senior third line support engineers, we don’t expect you to have guru status in the underlying  Microsoft Infrastructure stack, but you will be “pretty good” and hungry to become one. 

The range and complexity of the technologies supported along with the need for excellent customer service skills makes this a challenging and exciting role, every day is different with no chance of boredom. Third Line Support  Engineer – Citrix

We are seeking an experienced third line Citrix support engineer who will be capable of delivering service excellence to our clients, acting as an escalation point to their IT teams.

You will be an over-achieving methodical problem solver with an immense passion for IT, who is experienced in administering and troubleshooting Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop (for bonus points, all things Citrix, Netscalers, Provisioning Services, XenServer etc) with guru status in the underlying  Microsoft Infrastructure stack assumed.  If you also have experience in solving nasty problems with Microsoft Exchange 2007 & 2010, SQL 2005+, Hyper-V, App-V, AppSense, VMware, Firewalls, and Cisco networking, we will be very, very impressed!

Third Line Support  Engineer – Microsoft Lync (voice)  & Exchange

We are seeking an experienced third line support engineer who will be capable of delivering service excellence to our hosted and onsite clients.

Like our Citrix Third Line Support Engineer, you will also be an over-achieving methodical problem solver with an immense passion for IT, who is experienced in administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Lync with Enterprise Voice and Microsoft Exchange (for bonus points, also SharePoint, CRM and System Centre Configuration Manager) with guru status in the underlying  Microsoft Infrastructure stack assumed.  If you also have experience in multi-tenant service provider platforms and in solving nasty problems with load balancers, reverse proxies and automated provisioning systems, you will be just what we ordered.

New Business Territory Managers

The successful candidates will have experience in selling virtualised solutions and managed services.
