A wide variety of devices can be utilized to deliver voice services, including USB handsets and wireless headsets. Device-based web cams can be used and there is also a “Roundtable” conference phone available, which delivers a widescreen 360 view of the room and conference attendees. Conferencing can be utilized between your internal staff and with outside third parties.
